海沿いに立つ小さなプライベートキャビンのコンペ案。毎日、滝のように情報を浴び続ける現代社会。無限の情報に振り回される日常から離れて、静かに本を読み、ゆっくりと思いを巡らせる場所をつくりたいと思った。たった一人籠れる、茶室よりも小さなプリミティブな空間。中にあるのは、デスクとデイベッドのみ。好きな姿勢で本を読むことができる秘密の小部屋。窓からは豊かな海と山を眺めることができる。広大な本の世界に浸るための最小空間の提案。
A competition proposal for a small private cabin standing by the sea. In today's society, we are bombarded with information like a waterfall every day. We wanted to create a place where people can read a book quietly and think slowly, away from the daily routine of being swamped by endless information. A primitive space, smaller than a tea room, where only one person can be confined. Inside is only a desk and a daybed. A secret little room where you can read a book in any posture you like. From the window, you can see the rich view of the ocean and the mountains. Proposal for a minimal space to immerse yourself in the vast world of books.
